Autodidact, Fernando COSTA or "COSTA" works with salvaged material... yet not any ones: his thing is enamel! He transforms road signs and street signs into mosaics. Two universes mix: one is abstract, and reminds us of Soulages' work, the other is resolutely figurative, and does not lack of humour.
