STREICHENBERGER Christophe was born in Paris in 1962. He was introduced to painting at an early age. At the end of his studies, he worked during ten years for the Bank of the picture and since 1993 he dedicated exclusively to painting.

His painting combines two aesthetic approaches that could be assumed irreconcilable. One, conceptual, appropriates some of the codes of advertising and fashion photography, geometric figures, empty sidereal, cool colors, the other expressive, organic, carries a current which Francis Bacon, among other, is an accomplishment.
